In the Discovery Call and On-Site Initial Consult, Dan will listen to your ideas, gain understanding of your needs and priorities, and make recommendations.
Design and
Budgeting Phase
When you’re ready to proceed to this phase, we take your specifications and provide a floor plan and photo-realistic rendering with smart building technology. We provide 4 hours of complementary professional design services in construction detailing, to help you get started. Then we work with trade partners to provide an accompanying line-item budget. This is when you make initial selections and we plan allowances for forthcoming selections.
Construction
Phase
Once you’ve reviewed the Final Estimate and sign a Construction Agreement, we begin. As a licensed and insured residential and commercial general contractor in the state of Arkansas, Pine Hill promises adherence to the scope of work and timeline outlined in the agreement, as well as compliance with building codes, laws, and regulations to exceed industry standards. The agreement also outlines clear communication and payment schedules, as well as processes for scope changes or additions.

We create a work schedule tailored to your workplace rhythms and priorities. We make every effort to ensure the build or renovation is as minimally disruptive to your business as possible. You’ll receive Weekly Progress Updates showing every dollar spent and progress completed, and you’ll have access to our team anytime questions or new ideas arise.
Work Begins
Completion
You will know your project’s completion date well in advance to plan any furniture/equipment deliveries, office relocations, or ribbon-cutting celebrations! We know we’ve done our job well when you are confident that every aspect of the project has been handled with the utmost care and precision.
