Phase

In the Discovery Call and On-Site Initial Consult, Dan will listen to your ideas, gain understanding of your needs and priorities, and make recommendations. This is the time to consider your budget. If you will be using financing, we recommend beginning the conversation with your lender at this phase, or you may select one of our financing options for all or part of your project. Our Design Coordinator will be involved from the start, too, ready to guide you from mood board to move in. 

Share Your Vision

Design and
Budgeting Phase

In the Design and Budgeting Phase, our team gets to work transferring your vision into a plan with construction detailing. When you’re ready to proceed to this phase, Dan provides 4 hours of complementary professional design work to help you get started. He then creates a new floor plan and collaborates with trade partners on a line-item budget. This is when you make initial selections and we plan allowances for upcoming selections.

Phase

Once we’ve completed the Design and Budget Phase, our team will deliver a Final Estimate and you will sign a Construction Agreement before we begin. This step establishes a strong legal foundation for your renovation, providing clarity and peace of mind for your investment. As a licensed and insured residential and commercial general contractor in the state of Arkansas, Pine Hill promises adherence to the scope of work and timeline outlined in the agreement, as well as compliance with building codes, laws, and regulations to exceed industry standards. The agreement also outlines clear communication and payment schedules, as well as processes for scope changes or additions.

With budgets and allowances set, we are ready to begin! Our team will work with you to create a work schedule tailored to your family’s rhythms and priorities. Most of our homeowners live in their homes throughout the duration of the renovation. We do what we do because we value home, so we make every effort to ensure your renovation is as minimally disruptive to your everyday life as possible. You’ll receive Weekly Progress Updates showing every dollar spent and progress completed, and you’ll have access to our team anytime questions or new ideas arise.
