We'll review your values, priorities, and approximate budget to make a plan for getting started on your dream house.

02 Conceptual Budgeting

We've gotten a glimpse of your vision; now it's time to start on the details. We'll begin getting into the nitty-gritty of selecting the elements of the project that will make your new house the home you've dreamed of. We'll build a rough estimate of the project cost to ensure we're headed in the right direction.

03 Firm Budgeting

As we continue to work with you to select the custom details of your space, we'll build a stronger understanding of the true cost of your project. We'll make a plan together for any adjustments so we can move toward the finish line.

04 Final Revisions

We'll review your project for the third time based on any revisions you want to make. Based on your revisions, we'll update your estimate to present to you in the Final Estimate Meeting.

05 Final Estimate Meeting

We will present you with your final estimate and your contract. We'll discuss the timeline for completing your project, and finalize any last-minute details to bring your dream home to life
